The Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN will provide high-level administrative and operational support across the Adult Behavioral Health department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery. Responsibilities• Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team. • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency.• Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division. • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review. • Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
