The primary purpose of this position is to process vendor setup requests timely and accurately after verifyingall documentation is compliant. Follow-up on Non-compliant documentation as needed until finalized. Responsible for reviewing incoming emails and responding as related to Vendor Admin functions. Ensurevendor account setup request are processed promptly and accurately for Trade (Resale?), Expense (Indirect orInter-Company) and Carrier if applicableThis position is remote virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.This role will work Arizona Time zone hours Monday through Friday. RelatedExperience:• Two or more years’ experience in a business environment or college degree. • Two years Customer Services or Vendor Administration experience – preferredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Strong computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook required; Intermediate PeopleSoft Financialexperience is preferred. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and interact with a variety of associates(all levels), external customers and vendor community in supportive and positive manner.• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work within an environment of changing priorities. • Strong analytical skills• Strong ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities as you will be working Virtual/Remote. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 and $20.50 per hour.In New York City, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 to $20.50 per hour. In California and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 to $2.50 per hour.
