We’re looking for LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT clinicians to deliver teletherapy from your home office, in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations. Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in California)Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits OR 1099 contractSalary/Pay Range:• W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (biweekly standardized payment)• 1099: $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)What You’ll Do• Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.• Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners. • Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers. • Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development. • Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak’s clinical offerings.
