The Perks• FullyRemote Position• BaseSalary: $40,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)• VariableCompensation (Commission): $40,000 – $60,000 at target• OTE: $80,000 – $120,000+ (uncapped incentive)• New client AND Meeting-Based IncentivesThe ResponsibilitiesOutbound Lead Generation• Identify and target Electrical, Fire Protection, and Fire Alarm contractors across the US• Execute outbound outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn• Book qualified meetings with owners, operation manages, engineering managers, PMsDiscovery and Sales Process• Run first-discovery calls to understand capacity gaps, engineering bottlenecks, and project requirements• Position Goignis’ engineering and drafting services effectively based on customer pain points• Support senior leadership in closing deals and onboarding new clientsSales Operations• Create and maintain accurate prospect list• Track activity metrics, meeting targets, and pipeline generation• Support marketing campaigns by identifying the best geographies and companies to targetThe Requirements• 4–6 years in inside sales, or technical customer engagement• Experience in Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Life Safety, or Electrical contracting• Working knowledge of project life cycles with a focus on engineering processes• Strong phone and email communication skills• Experience interacting with GCs, ECs, FP/FA companies, or integrators• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold callingDesired Abilities• Ability to work remotely and independently• Strong listening and problem-solving skills• Organized, responsive, and persistentAdmirable TraitsIndependent Worker, Personable, Results-Driven, Energetic, EnthusiasticThe Recruiting ProcessOnce we receive your resume, one of our recruiters will reach out to confirm your interest and that the position is an overall fit.After completion of your one-on-one interview, our client will contact you for a final interview.
