[Remote] Fund & Investment Lead/ CIO

The Fund & Investment Lead will spearhead the creation and management of a multi-asset investment fund, focusing on fundraising initiatives and strategic investment opportunities in the entertainment sector. Responsibilities• Leading end-to-end fundraising initiatives for our dedicated investment fund, from crafting compelling investment narratives to securing investor commitments• Identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities across the entertainment and IP ecosystem• Structuring diverse financing solutions including traditional investments, alternative financing arrangements, and strategic partnerships• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the entertainment industry, financial markets, and investment community• Developing innovative transaction frameworks and investment structures in collaboration with legal, finance, and external partners• Managing portfolio optimization and performance across multiple asset classes and investment vehiclesSkills• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field from a top-tier university• 3+ years experience at Tier 1 investment banks, Tier 1 consulting firms, private equity funds, venture capital firms, or specialized entertainment investors• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence, and investor relations• You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment• Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent• You’re obsessed with music, video or social mediaBenefits• We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity.• We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global offsites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together.
