Requirements:To participate in the Talkspace clinical network, all therapists and counselors are required to possess the following:• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science• Current conditional (associate) licensure• A current state-approved supervising clinician and/or organization• IndividualProfessional malpractice liability insurance policy• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application• Reliable internet connection• Completed background checkNote: Talkspace associate therapists and counselors only work with clients in the state(s) where they hold associate licensure and are allowed to practice.All associates must provide a signed supervisor agreement that meets the regulation of their state.
