Document and raise defects in a timely manner in the agreed tracker (ALM, JIRA, spreadsheet, or other) and clearly communicate the nature of defects to developers. Retest and close defects which result in a passParticipate in post-production testing and participate in lessons learned sessions to bring continuous improvement to the UAT functionSkills You’ll NeedMinimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Relevant experience executing IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall and/or Agile) in a testing and/or business analyst capacityKnowledge of AML laws (USA PATRIOT Act), Regulations (Fed, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and their application to the supported products/business linesAn understanding of the legal and compliance issues of complex banking organizations.Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload with minimal supervisionExperience using third party investigation software a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering, and sorting. Strong writing skills. CAMS, PMP, PBA, or ITIL certification a plus. The salary range for this position in New York City is $75,000 to $110,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
