[Remote] Fertility Benefit Design Manager

ResponsibilitiesSupport benefit program design by tailoring Maven’s offerings to address client-specific needs and market benchmarksPartner with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine pitch materials, train sales teams on benefit programs, and act as a subject matter expertParticipate in prospective client and broker/consultant meetings, articulating Maven’s value proposition and responding to benefit-related technical questionsRespond to technical and complex benefit design questions during RFPs and follow-up discussionsSupport new client implementations by advising on plan design decisions, documenting benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate setup and member communicationProvide benefit design support for Maven’s fertility benefits clients, serving as a subject matter expert for existing clientsPartner with Client Success team to attend QBRs, address ad hoc requests for benefit analyses, and ensure ongoing alignment of program design with client goalsProvide continuous feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams to inform our benefit program roadmap and refine Maven’s differentiated value storyRequirements4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation at a health plan, TPA, or fertility benefit vendorStrong understanding of fertility and family-building benefitsAbility to tailor benefit program design to address client-specific needs and market benchmarksExperience with benefit program design, implementation, and communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of compliance-related topics in benefit design Apply tot his job
