Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate/Transactional Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant practice areas- High-level drafting/reviewing of contractual agreements / operating agreements- Experience with business formation, partnerships, tax optimization, trademark- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines- Self-starter and able to work independentlyOur Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
