REMOTE - Business Development Representative (Outbound New Business)
WhatThis Role Is: You're the first voice prospects hear from SingleFile. You generate new pipelines by identifying organizations that need what we offer, getting decision-makers on the phone, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Your Day-to-Day:• Make 80-100+ cold calls daily to prospects SingleFile hasn't worked with before• Research target accounts to understand their practice areas, structure, and potential pain points• Navigate past gatekeepers with persistence and professionalism• Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline in quick discovery calls• Set 30+ SQL meetings per month that convert into pipeline• Track all activity and outcomes in HubSpot• Use ZoomInfo and other tools to build targeted prospect listsYou'll Thrive Here If:• You love the phone.You're energized by conversations, not drained by them. You take feedback, iterate on what works, and get better every week.Requirements:• 2+ years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company in an outbound-focused role• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through cold outreach• Experience generating new business pipeline (not managing existing accounts)• Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects quickly• Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar toolsBonus:• Experience prospecting into legal, compliance, or financial services• Background at an early-stage startup where you built pipeline from scratch• Located in Mountain or Pacific time zonesCompensation: $55,000 - $70,000 + commission Apply tot his job
