[Remote] Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season, specifically individuals with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). In this role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, return preparation, and managing inquiries. Responsibilities• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products• Providing tax advice• Full service return preparation• Tax calculations• Managing product/software inquiries• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language• Use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers• Document interactions to maintain accurate recordsSkills• Active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)• Excellent customer service skills• Willingness to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more daysBenefits• 401(k) savings plan with Intuit matching• Paid sick leave• Intuit provided E&O insurance• Employee stock purchase plan• Employee assistance program• Product discounts• Free copy of TurboTax LiveCompany Overview• Intuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.It was founded in 1983, and is headquartered in Mountain View, California, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
