Remote B2B Sales Representative - Cannabis Industry (Commission Only)
Summary:We’re looking for driven, experienced B2B Sales Representatives to. Ideal candidates will have a background in the cannabis accessories, packaging, growning and/or smoke shop industry and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary responsibilities will include representing our brand, driving new sales, building strong customer relationships, closing deals, and nurturing ongoing accounts. Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years old. Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to clearly explain and present product features and benefits. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM software. Freshsales is a plus. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. Ability to convert leads into sales opportunities and complete timely post-show follow-ups. Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—industry compliance with flavor products. Desired Skills:Experience in the cannabis accessories market or related B2B industries. Strong B2B sales, networking, and account management skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies.Creative problem-solving to address client needs and challenges. Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance standards. Ability to convert leads, manage a sales pipeline, and hit monthly/quarterly targets. Strong relationship-building skills with wholesalers, distributors, dispensaries, growers, and packaging partners. Accurate weekly CRM updates and dependable sales forecasting. What You'll Do:• Pioneer Sales Strategy: Collaborate directly with leadership to define and refine Sparky's go-to-market sales strategy.• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. • Target Market Penetration: Actively sell to a diverse B2B clientele including packaging companies, growers, dispensaries, smoke shops, and the distributors who service them. • High-Value Patent Licensing: Lead negotiations for patent licensing deals with major brands in the cannabis and related markets for our next-generation products. • Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new B2B accounts through various channels (cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry events).• Sales Funnel Optimization: Help design, implement, and optimize our sales funnel, ensuring efficient lead conversion and client acquisition. • Develop Sales Assets: Contribute to the creation of effective sales scripts, compelling presentations, and persuasive proposals. • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and close high-value deals for our core product lines, including bulk flavored cones/tips and patent licensing opportunities of a variety of other products. • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipeline, and forecast sales.• Market Intelligence: Provide valuable market feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts. What We're Looking For:• Minimum 5+ years of active, hands-on sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets. • Demonstrated ability to handle and negotiate complex deals, including high-value B2B sales and experience with intellectual property or licensing agreements is a significant plus. • Proven success in selling to diverse client segments (e.g., wholesale, CPG, manufacturing, retail).• Experience in structuring and optimizing sales funnels and developing effective sales scripts/playbooks. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule and territory effectively. • Proficiency with CRM software and standard business productivity tools. • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a significant plus.• Experience in cannabis sales (especially to distributors, dispensaries, or growers) is a distinct advantage. • Must understand and be compliant with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to our industry (e.g., age restrictions, licensing). Compensation:This is a strictly commission-based role (1099 Contractor), offering a highly competitive and lucrative structure:• 15% Commission on "big ticket" (high-volume/value) product sales. • 10% Residual Commission on ongoing re-orders from clients you acquire, ensuring long-term earning potential.• Unlimited Earning Potential directly tied to your performance and sales volume.
