[Remote] Account Executive (Healthcare PR)

In this role, you will manage day-to-day account operations, support media campaigns, and engage with clients while developing your skills in project management and media relations. Responsibilities• Support client programs by managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets• Maintain consistent communication with teammates, clients, and vendors• Identify potential challenges early and propose smart solutions• Guide junior teammates and vendors to execute key tasks efficiently• Contribute to budget development and track project expenses• Research and engage with key media outlets and reporters across healthcare trades and top-tier publications• Contribute to media strategy development and crafting tailored story angles• Pitch stories to print, broadcast, and digital journalists to secure quality placements• Maintain and update media lists and track outreach progress• Support execution of traditional and social media campaigns• Support the agency’s growth by identifying leads, conducting research, and contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions• Assist with proposal and presentation developmentSkills• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field• 2–3 years of public relations experience (healthcare experience a plus)• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms• A team-first attitude, curiosity, and a passion for learningCompany Overview• Life Sciences Affects Us All.It was founded in 2009, and is headquartered in London, England, GBR, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
