Recruiter - Remote US
The OpportunitySeamless.AI is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions, from sourcing and pipeline management to interviewing and closing top talent. The Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, and the ability to thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment.Responsibilities• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop tailored recruiting strategies. • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including SeekOut, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. • Manage candidate pipelines in a highly organized and efficient manner, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.• Utilize recruiting technology (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GEM, and SeekOut) to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and reporting workflows. • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams, challenging assumptions and advising on market insights. • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes to increase speed, quality, and candidate engagement. • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation structures and business priorities.Skillset• Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions (mid-to-senior level roles). • Ability to work with urgency, creativity, and autonomy while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. • Strong pipeline management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as SeekOut, Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GEM (or similar CRMs/ATS). • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to measure and improve results.• A proactive, "hunter" mentality—you know how to get after it and find the best talent. Education & Requirements• 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience working under general supervision while handling moderately complex hiring challenges. • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
