We’re seeking a detail-oriented Research & Market Analyst Intern to support our team with property data analysis, market insights, and investment research. Position OverviewThis internship is ideal for individuals interested in real estate investment, data analysis, or market research. You’ll learn how to evaluate properties, identify market trends, and gather data that drives smart real estate decisions.Your insights will directly support our brokerage team’s strategy and client presentations. Key Responsibilities• Research current real estate market trends and neighborhood statistics• Analyze comparable property values (CMA) and sales data• Assist with reports on market activity, pricing, and investment opportunities• Collect and organize data from MLS, Zillow, and public property databases• Support team members with data insights for marketing and client strategy• Help track leads and performance metrics within CRM systemsQualifications• Strong analytical and research skills• Familiarity with Excel, bolthires Sheets, or data tools (training provided)• Interest in real estate markets, finance, or investments• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data• Professional communication skills and self-motivated attitudeWhat You’ll Gain• Practical experience in market analysis and property research• Understanding of real estate valuation and investment strategy• Mentorship from experienced professionals• Resume-building analytical experience in a fast-paced brokerage setting• Potential for bonuses or paid opportunities based on performanceSchedulePart-time, flexible hours (10–15 per week) – remote or hybrid.CompensationCommission-based with opportunities for performance bonuses ($100–$500+ for successful data-driven deals).
