Our clinic offers a steady workflow, clear expectations, and a team that values professionalism and balance.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a licensed psychologist to perform structured mental health evaluations for veterans. These assessments are one-time visits with no ongoing treatment. This role fits someone who enjoys focused clinical work, predictable responsibilities, and flexibility in how and where they practice. Key Responsibilities• Complete structured mental health evaluations (PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, etc.)• Review medical and service records to support accurate, evidence-based opinions• Provide clear, objective written reports following VA C&P guidelines• Use the clinic’s EHR to document findings and complete required DBQs• Stay current on VA training and documentation standards• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA/VA requirementsRequired Qualifications• Doctoral-level Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with an active, unrestricted license (any state)• Eligible for independent practice• Strong diagnostic interviewing and report-writing skills• Comfortable working independently, whether remote or onsite• Solid computer proficiency (EHR, Word, email)• Authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred (Not Required)• Prior C&P or disability evaluation experience• Familiarity with trauma-related and mood-related conditions• Experience in structured assessments or psychological testing• ABPP or CPQ is a plusCompensation & Schedule• Paid per completed visit• Flexible scheduling based on your availability• No nights, weekends, call, or treatment responsibilitiesWhat We Provide• Paid Training and support from an experienced team• All necessary exam templates and documentation tools• Administrative support and assistance with workflow• Remote and onsite options depending on your preferenceCompany DescriptionCrescendo HearingCompassionate HealthcareOur mission is to provide an unprecedented level of hearing care by providing highly personalized in-clinic and in-home care: whatever fits your needs.Innovative TechnologyWe are committed to using the most advanced technology available, and we offer industry-leading follow-up care to ensure the success of our patients. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors for Central Institute for the Deaf, the Advisory Board for Salus University, both Exec committees for American Academy of Audiology and Military Audiology Association.Finally, Dr. Curtis was in the inaugural class of the Jerger Future Leaders of Audiology Conference.
