These two properties have a total of 59 units. The ideal Property Manager is thorough, experienced in apartment management, strong leasing skills, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers. Requirements for the Property Manager• Two (2) years of Property Manager experience is required. • Knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws is required. • Knowledge of Fair Housing is required. • A current valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties is required. • Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is preferred.• Exceptional time management skills. • Strong communication and written skills.
