No C2CJob Description:• Must be strong comm skills, good attitude and energetic• Project Manager & Scrum Master - Digital Position Overview• Seeking an experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master to lead digital transformation initiatives in healthcare technology, including touchless check-in systems, patient scheduling platforms, and other digital healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:Project Management (Primary)• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital healthcare projects including touchless check-in, scheduling systems, and patient engagement platforms• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies• Manage project scope, requirements, and change control processes• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, clinical staff, and IT operations• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and security standards• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and executive leadershipScrum Master Duties (Secondary)• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-bolthires, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews)• Remove impediments and blockers for development teams• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices• Maintain and optimize sprint backlogs and burndown charts• Foster continuous improvement and team collaboration• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and organizational standardsRequired QualificationsEducation & Certifications• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred• Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plusExperience:• 5+ years of project management experience in digital/technology projects• 3+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams• Experience in healthcare technology or digital transformation projects• Proven track record managing patient-facing digital solutions• Experience with scheduling systems, check-in platforms, or healthcare IT systems• Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) managementTechnical Skills:• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet)• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, scheduling platforms)• Familiarity with API integrations and system interfaces• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, bolthires Cloud)• Experience with digital health technologies and IoT devicesKey Competencies:• Leadership & Communication• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Ability to influence without authority• Strong presentation and documentation skills• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities• Change management expertise• Analytical & Problem-Solving• Critical thinking and analytical skills• Risk assessment and mitigation planning• Data-driven decision making• Process improvement mindset• Collaboration• Cross-functional team leadership• Vendor and partner management• Ability to work with clinical and non-clinical staff• Building consensus among diverse stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications• Master's degree in relevant field• Healthcare industry certifications (CPHIMS, CAHIMS)• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR systems• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for patient-facing applications• Experience with digital accessibility standards (WCAG)• Background in healthcare operations or clinical settingsBest Regards:JahnaviPhone:Email: Apply tot his job
