Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Clinical Trial Lead to join our Global Development Operations team. This role is pivotal in leading high-impact, global Phase III and registrational clinical trials. You will be responsible for:• Driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams.• Leading and managing complex, high-risk global clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Serving as the primary operational contact, representing the Global Development Operations (GDO) team in global trial teams. • Providing essential operational input on protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and clinical study reports (CSRs). • Overseeing contract research organizations (CROs) and other vendors, ensuring their work is compliant with corporate standards.• Leading training initiatives and contributing to department-wide process improvements. • Ensuring all trials are inspection-ready. • Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). • Mentoring junior staff to foster talent development. Qualifications• Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MS, MA, MBA, PharmD); PM certification (CPM, PMP) desirable. • Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience, with at least 7 years in clinical trial management. • Proven leadership in managing global trials and cross-functional teams.• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities. • Experience in therapeutic areas and drug development processes.
