Project Manager (Remote- US)Job Location (Short): Madison, Alabama-USAWorkplace Type: RemoteBusiness Unit: SIGReq Id: 2517ResponsibilitiesHexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale software implementations within our Public Safety division. This individual would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project implementation, customer relationship, and Reference ability. • Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners• Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations• Development of project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives• Coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members• Reviewing work in progress and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality• Ensuring timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers• Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations• Participation in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs• Preparing customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting• Other duties as assignedEducation / Qualifications• A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities• PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred• Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations• Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs - preferably in Public Safety• Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills• Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency• A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset• An eager, passionate, and professional owner of all aspects of the project management craft• An open-minded, embracer of diversity of thought and cultivating PMO team-cultureAbout HexagonHexagon is the global leader in enterprise software, empowering organizations to build a safer, more sustainable and efficient future.We transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, modernize operations and accelerate digital maturity across industries that matter most - public safety, defense, transportation, government, industrial facilities and physical security.
