Come join an amazing team where we are transforming the new home design industry with our innovative technology!You Will:• Manage cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams driving schedules and resources effectively• Work closely with the product management team to translate requirements to epics, user stories and create a prioritized product backlog• Provide hands-on program management including running daily scrums, managing product backlog, and tracking team velocity. • Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions• Manage team commitments and tradeoffs so as to not overwhelm engineering teams• Work independently with minimal supervision• Present high-level program schedule and status to the leadership teamRequired Skills andQualifications:• BS or BA• 5+ years of technical product/program/project management or related experience• Experience working with technical management teams to develop and deploy commercial systems, solutions, and products at scale• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.Experience with the Agile way of working• Analytical and problem-solving experience with systems• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environments with a startup-like culture#LI-YO1Expected salary:Location: USAApply for the job now!
