Role Overview:Evisort is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Principal Consultant to help lead and develop our strategic consulting function for clients.This role is pivotal in helping understand our clients business needs, and to advise on transforming their contract management processes to derive significant value from our AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging their extensive expertise in legal, business process, and the application of AI technology to drive business value, improve operational efficiency and achieve the desired outcomes with Evisort. This position oversees aspects of change readiness, deployment strategies, and influencing customer initiatives, enabling global enterprise customers to drive transformational change across business domains and processes.This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, critical thinking and problem solving to deliver solutions that enable and accelerate the customer and its organization forward to achieve their goals. Additionally, this position will work closely with Sales and Account Managers, Client Solutions and Implementation, Data Science, Product teams, and senior leadership to deliver the desired solution. Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build executive relationships with Evisorts largest clients, such as bolthires, BNY Mellon, bolthires, GM and Intel, to understand their business requirements and objectives with EvisortValue Realization: Help clients achieve and exceed their initial value goals (business outcomes) with solutions tailored to address the clients specific business needs.Strategic Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders such as General Counsels, Heads of Procurement, Heads of Finance, and IT leadersBusiness Blueprint: Conduct analysis of client business processes and identify areas of improvement, recommend appropriate operating models, ensuring they take full advantage of, and stay on the cutting edge of AIBuild a Business Case: Creatively address real business challenges using AI and related technologies and build a business case for changePresentations and Evangelism: Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, create value models, document processes, and cast a vision for AI-driven contract management.Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic planning to drive client success and document the success metrics of key initiativesClient Champion Support: Assist client champions in evangelizing the value of Evisorts solutions throughout their organizationsQualifications:Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a relevant field such as legal, AI, technology, or business process consulting, with significant experience working with senior leaders in large organizationsExpertise: Deep subject matter expertise in contract management, AI, and digital transformationCommunication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiencesProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing business challengesRelationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholdersEducation:Advanced degree in law, business, technology, or a related field is preferredWhy Evisort:Innovative Environment: Join a cutting-edge company at the forefront of AI and document intelligenceImpactful Work: Make a significant impact by helping some of the worlds largest organizations transform their contract, legal, sourcing, finance, and data management processesCollaborative Culture: Work with a talented and diverse team committed to client success and innovationCareer Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly growing company Apply tot his job
