Professional Development Specialist, Contract, Part-Time
Job Description:• Design and deliver bespoke online training sessions for high school science teachers• Create detailed Alignment Documents that map the school's Scope and Sequence directly to the relevant units, lessons, and resources within Kognity• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new teachers and schools to ensure a smooth transition and successful platform adoption• Create and maintain user-friendly support materials, such as learning resources• Run engaging virtual professional development on transforming and improving science teaching and learning• Develop a deep understanding of Kognity’s platform and how it supports learning outcomes• Collect user feedback and use data to improve future sessionsRequirements:• Experience teaching high school science - this is essential• Experience delivering engaging virtual training• Fluency in English• Comfortable using Zoom and Google Workspace• Great time management and organisational skills• A passion for digital teaching and learningBenefits: Apply tot his job
