Product Manager, Delivery & Operations
Job Description:• Own the Product Delivery Rhythm, ensuring smooth execution of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking progress. • Coordinate QA & Release Readiness, establishing predictable processes and performing testing to ensure high-quality releases. • Lead Product Operations, maintaining the roadmap, documentation, and tooling to identify and remove process bottlenecks. Requirements:• Possesses 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Release Management, Product Management, Project Management, or Quality Assurance.• Is process-oriented, with a proven track record of transforming disorganised processes into documented, efficient systems. • Demonstrates strong project management skills, including familiarity with Agile/Scrum, managing dependencies, and facilitating stand-ups.
