Prepares and performs detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects.May provide installation support and post-sales consulting. Specifically, Enablon seeks an ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Solutions Engineer to support our growing ESG centric software solution business. The preferred individual will have a background in ESG or EHSQ software solutions sales, demonstration, or use. They will support the internal and external sales teams at Enablon in the discovery of specific client ESG needs.They will then address those requirements through the configuration and demonstration of Enablon’s Vision Platform. In addition, you will also be capturing requirements to enhance our ESG product Road Map and fuel product innovation. Job Qualifications (Minimum):• Experience: 3-5+ Years of similar Pre-Sales ESG/Climate Risk Experience at a software company or 3-5+ years of industry experience in the fields of any: ESG, Climate Risk, Sustainability, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Audit & Compliance.• Excellent presentation skills, comfort in front of large audiences• Travel:This role requires a healthy level of travel, generally around 30%. There could be some months where you travel 1-2 days a week, every week, and other months where you don’t travel at all. You will be traveling to provide onsite demos, attend conferences or internal seminars. This travel is 90% of the time in the US and Canada, but occasionally internationally (i.e. South America, Australia, Asia and Europe). Enablon’s Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers are all remote and generally work from home.You would also be required to work while traveling, as needed. As there is travel required, there would be flying and/or driving involved and carrying of luggage. Otherwise, normal home office environment. • This role is FullyRemote and must be legally authorized to work in the USA | #LI-RemotePreferred Experience Knowledge, Skills, or Certifications (Minimum):• Education: Engineering or similar degree with a strong emphasis on any of: ESG, Climate Risk, Sustainability, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Audit & Compliance.• Experience: Self-motivated• ESG Subject Matter Self-learner• Flexibility and eagerness to learnEssential Duties and responsibilities:• Participate in various workshops and user groups to continually improve and enhance various processes within the Pre-Sales team and rest of the organization. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
