The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all facets of insurance coverage law and a proven track record in providing strategic advice and representation to clients in complex coverage disputes.Ideally, we're looking for an Attorney who has 8-15+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage preferably coming from a Firm setting and also has great communication skills! Key Responsibilities• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage matters. • Represent clients in litigation related to insurance claims and disputes. • Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage issues for clients. • Develop strategies for effective resolution of coverage disputes. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.• Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulations to advise clients accordingly. Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in New York. • Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in insurance coverage law. • Proven experience in litigation and claims handling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
