The Opportunity: As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service, including managing incoming calls and text-based tickets, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You'll also handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, and keep records of customer interactions.
