Part-Time Appointment Setter (Remote/Phone – Commission + Bonuses)

Job Summary (Intro)Elite AV & Surveillance is looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to help us book qualified appointments with homeowners, business owners, property managers, builders, and IT companies. This is a remote, commission-based role with a weekly base commission plus strong daily bonuses and big bonuses on closed jobs.If you’re confident on the phone, love talking to people, and want uncapped upside without working full-time hours, this is for you. Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to:• Property managers• Custom home builders & contractors• IT companies/MSPs• Homeowners & small business owners• Follow a provided script to:• Introduce Elite AV & Surveillance• Explain our services (security cameras, audio/video, TV mounting, network cabling, WiFi)• Identify potential needs and interest level• Set qualified appointments for:• Free site surveys• Estimates / consultations (phone, Zoom, or in-person)• Enter basic notes into a simple CRM or shared spreadsheet.• Follow up with warm leads and previous contacts. • Hit daily and weekly activity targets (calls made, appointments set). • Communicate with the owner about lead quality and feedback from calls. Requirements• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written• Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, outbound calling, and technical sales is a plus• Experience in technology sales or business development is advantageous• Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote workSchedule• Part-time: roughly 10–20 hours per week.• Flexible schedule – we’ll agree on blocks that make sense for calling. • Ideal for:• Stay-at-home parents• College students• Side-hustlers• Anyone wanting extra income with performance payCompensation StructureThis role is commission-based with a weekly base commission plus daily and deal bonuses. 1. Base Weekly Commission• $225 per week starting commission base• This is tied to hitting minimum agreed-upon activity (e.g., calls made, conversations attempted, etc.). • This is not hourly pay; it’s a weekly base commission plus bonuses.2. Daily Appointment BonusesBonuses are based on qualified appointments you set that meet our criteria (correct type of customer, in our service area, and agrees to a set time for a call or site visit). • 1 qualified appointment in a day: + $25 bonus for that day• 2 qualified appointments in a day: + $50 bonus for that day• 3 or more qualified appointments in a day: + $150 bonus for that dayExample: If you set 3 qualified appointments on Tuesday, you earn the $150 daily bonus for Tuesday (on top of your base and any closed-job commissions later).3.Closed-Job BonusWhen an appointment you set turns into a paid, closed job, you earn:• $300 commission per closed job from your appointment. There is no cap on how many closed-job commissions you can earn. 4. Income Potential (Example)Actual results depend on your performance, but here’s a rough example:• Base weekly commission: $225• You set 2 qualified appointments per day, 3 days/week →3 days × $50 daily bonuses = $150• 2 of those appointments turn into closed jobs →2 × $300 = $600That week you’d earn:$225 + $150 + $600 = $975Again, this is just an example – your income is directly tied to how many quality appointments you set and how many convert.Benefits• Work from home (phone + laptop). • Flexible part-time hours. • Training, scripts, and support provided. • Uncapped earning potential – the better you perform, the more you make. • Direct line to the business owner (fast decisions, quick feedback, no corporate BS).
