What You’ll Do• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).• Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). • Train and supervise behavior technicians. • Analyze ongoing data and adjust interventions as needed. • Provide parent/caregiver training for long-term success. • Collaborate with schools and healthcare teams. • Maintain organized and compliant documentation. What We’re Looking For• Active BCBA certification (BACB). • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field. • 1–2+ years of experience with ASD or developmental disabilities.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • IL Licensure or willingness to obtain it.
