This is a remote position reporting into our Chicago, IL office. As a you will Manage marketing campaigns to help achieve the mission, strategic, and revenue objectives for the Education Center and the AMA Ed Hub online learning platform. Campaigns are designed to achieve audience growth, increase awareness (traffic) and engagement (course completion, usage, and registration) for the AMA Ed Hub.Responsible for monitoring performance and tracking results of deployed campaigns, to help optimize results. Manages the creation of creative assets with internal and external creative teams while ensuring brand and message consistency. Partners with marketing operations team to manage customer data platform, email marketing platform, and social media management platform. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Marketing Campaigns• Develop campaign marketing plan and timelines to align on key growth areas and maintain updated calendar in project management platform (eg.Asana)• Analyze segments and user journeys to design “lifecycle” campaigns and deploy them via automation platforms• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of campaigns leveraging multiple channels which may include web, email, events, and social media• Manages campaigns, through ensuring tracking is in place, campaign is communicated to all stakeholders, all creative assets are delivered on time and on budget. • Based on segment journeys, initiate and execute email marketing campaigns in partnership with email team from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and reporting.• Create and maintain updated campaign reports, distill insights to inform Director and optimize campaigns against KPIs including registrations, CTRs, ORs, usage and others• Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting• Write creative briefs to ensure campaign brand alignment and message consistency• Create new or update existing SOPs, guidelines, and other marketing-related process improvements toolsMarketing Tactics to Increase AMA Ed Hub Engagement• Act as marketing liaison with selected internal and external education providers to ensure promotion of educational content• Execute all aspects of events planning and execution to help promote internal and external providers' education• Works with internal and external freelancers, vendors and subject matter experts to create high quality and impactful marketing assets to deploy across channels, including but not limited to online banner ads, ad hoc email, newsletters etc.• Partner with internal and external channel owners, analytics, and business units to coordinate launch and ongoing monitoring of new provider education, new platform features etc. May include other responsibilities as assignedREQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Marketing, Data Analysis, or other analytical related field preferred2. Minimum 5+ years of experience developing and implementing high-performing campaigns optimized for returns3. Proficient in digital marketing best practices, optimization techniques, with a focus on performance and impact4.A deep understanding of actual deployment of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, bolthires Search, and paid social in particular)5. Robust and proven experience and hands on usage of HTML/CSS, multiple CDP and ESP platforms6. bolthires Analytics and bolthires Tag Manager experience is required7. Familiarity with complex, cross-functional marketing programs requiring a high degree of subject matter expertise included in review and approval processes. 8. Exceptional time and project management skills, with keen attention to process improvement and efficiency in production workflows9.Some travel may be requiredThe American Medical Association is located at 330 N.
