This position ensurestheperformance ofall duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, all U.S.state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities:• Supportsendpoint deployment of next generation loanDepot technology (Mac, PC, and Mobile).Coordinatesdeployment efforts with various IT teams to ensure solutions are fully tested and deployedenterprise-wide. • Designs, builds, tests,secures,and documentsall workstation and endpoint build standards. • Participateson project teams as a resource representingEndpointEngineering and IT Operations. • DesignsOffice 365 ProPlus and Windows 10 Servicing standards. Createsdesign and deployment documentation for use byEndpointEngineering, Service Desk, and Technical Services.• EnsuresOS, security, and application lifecycle updates are consistently deployed on a 30-day cycle. LeveragesSCCMIntune, and other data sources to build executive reports to measure compliance. • Developsprocesses and procedures related to PC lifecycle management including procurement, break/fix support, disposal, and asset tracking. • Servesas one of two SCCM subject matter experts (Reporting, Packaging, Windows 10 Servicing, and Security). Providesexpert level configuration, reporting, and integration with Azure Active Directory/Intune.• Leveragesexpertise in software packaging and deployment to improve software distribution end user experience. • Executes, documents, and maintainsEndpointsecurity standards in line with IT security policies through GPO and other security tools. • UsesSCCM to manage and report on software license utilization. • CreatesVDI baseline build standards and images. Providesmid-level support for the Citrix VDI and the Azure VirtualWorkspaceenvironment. • Works closely with Citrix Engineer and Architect to implement VDI best practices and optimize user experience• Takes part inupgrading Citrix infrastructure and all related components• Definesendpointhardware standards.Createsand publisheshardware lifecycle support and refresh timelines. • Gathersand analyzesproject requirements. Buildsdelivery timelines and project plans with delegated tasks that can be executed by other engineers on the team. Communicatesand providesfeedback on project progress and ensuresthat progress and issues are summarized for leadership. • Usesdata and operational metrics to analyze project and task results. Createsreports and charts to track progress and measurestrends in the environment. Leveragesdata and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions about projects and tasks.• Definesenterprise printing standards. Managesprinter fleet using PrinterLogic. Ensuresthat PrinterLogic is up-to-date, highly available, and running a fully supported build. • ManagestheEndpointEngineering server infrastructure (including SCCM cloud distribution points). • Managesthe loanDepot Systems Center Orchestrator infrastructure and runbooks. • Servesas tier 3 escalation point for Service Desk and Technical Services teams. Brokersconversations about improvingEndpointEngineering services used by Service Desk and Technical Services.• Engageswith other IT support teams including Network Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, Service Desk, IT Security, and Technical Services to ensure a consistent approach for organizational support across the Enterprise. • Performs other duties and projectsas assigned. Requirements:• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position. • Expert knowledge Active Directory, includingGroup Policy, Active Directory Replication, DNS, and organization unit design best practices.• Demonstrates deep understanding of the Windows registry, Windows and macOS permissions, macOS preferences, and drivers and software required to build baseline images. • Expertise with System Center Configuration Manager and hybrid integration with Azure Active Directory. • Expertise creating Windows and macOS images and managing configuration and deployment using tools such as SCCM. • Mobile device management expertise usingIntune. • SQL report writing expertise specific to SCCM reporting. • Advancedskills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; bolthires Office applications including but not limitedtoVisio,Word, Excel,PowerPoint,and Outlook.• Strong analytical,troubleshooting, andproblem-solvingskills. • Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs. • Effective organizational and time management skills. • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to make decisions that havesignificantimpact ontheenterprise. • Ability to trouble-shoot complex LAN/WAN issues related to connectivity and physical location. • Ability to deliver stable and high-quality working solutions under deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Ability tomanage ambiguity,operate effectivelywhen things are notcertain,or the way forwardis not clear. • Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management. • Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.• Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations. • Ability todiscuss emerging technologies such as cloud endpoint management. • Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties. • Bachelors Degree preferred and a minimum offive (5) +years experienceusing PowerShell to automate tasks, deploy application, and write reports required. • Minimum of five (5) + years working with multiple operating systems; Windows desktop and server, Mac, Linux, etc.• Experience in theMortgageindustry preferred. • Hands-on experience packaging and deploying Office 365 ProPlus, OneDrive, and other technologies used to migrate traditional on-premises workloads to the cloud required. • Experience automating migration of unstructured(file server) data to OneDrive required. • Experience with Windows Servicing and management using Intune required. • Experience delivering endpoint protection, encryption, and cloud MDM required. • Experience supporting/administering a virtualworkspaceenvironmentsrunning on VMware vSphere and Citrix XenDesktop required.• Significant experience managing remote endpoints on and off the corporate LAN required. • Experience creating deployment test plans, test cases, managing deployment groups, and soliciting feedback from pilot users. General understanding of software development, agile, bolthires/CD required.
