Compensation:NGN 100,000/monthlyResponsibilities:creating and posting job listings on various job boardsUtilizing professional internet platforms to source for candidatesBuilding a strong pipeline of quality prospective candidatesPerforming pre-screening phone calls and video interviews with candidatesAdding prospective candidates to the applicant tracking systemSubmitting candidates to the management teamHandling multiple job requisitions simultaneouslySending recruiting emails with current job openings to prospectsProviding administrative support to the management teamParticipating in a weekly company conference callQualifications:At least 1 year of recruiting experienceStrong verbal, written communication, and relationship-building skillsExceptional time management and organization skillsMust be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulnessAbility to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environmentMust have a positive attitude that is focused on building businessProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.Employment Type: CONTRACTOR Apply tot his job
