ABA Behavior Technician - Home Based

Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) – PART TIME – SIGN-ON BONUS! Position Highlights :• Provide 1 : 1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. • Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills. • Record data and monitor progress toward goals. • Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment. • Collaborate with families and clinical team members. Qualifications :• High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required). • Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes – mileage reimbursed ).• Evening and weekend availability. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including :Resume• Negative TB test• State credentialing documentsNo Experience?
