You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.The OpportunityAs a Law & Motion Attorney in our Wage & Hour Class Action department, you’ll play a critical role in advancing cases that impact workers across California. You will craft persuasive motions that shape case law and support class-wide resolutions, all while working closely with a seasoned litigation team on high-stakes wage and hour claims. If you have one or more years of experience and an interest in Wage & Hour, PAGA, and Class Action work, we want to hear from you. This position can be fully remote or based in one of our seven offices.Responsibilities• Draft and oppose a wide range of motions, including motions for class certification, summary judgment, and discovery-related matters. • Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop and support legal strategies for class action and PAGA cases. • Conduct high-level legal research on complex and emerging labor law issues. • Argue motions and oppositions in court. • Analyze deposition transcripts, expert reports, and key records to inform motion work. • Participate in meet-and-confers and liaise with opposing counsel regarding motion issues.• Stay current on developments in labor and employment law impacting wage & hour litigation.
