About the position Responsibilities • Lead, design, and deliver projects end to end across Omni applications. • Interface with different business stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and Digital teams. • Gather requirements and implement them leveraging the Pega platform. • Ensure platform stability, performance, and fault tolerance to handle peak loads. • Lead application migration to microservices and AWS, integrating Pega and Adobe. • Provide architectural oversight for systems and services, documenting business rules and design. • Contribute to the end-to-end impacts of initiatives and identify impacts to cross-functional teams/applications. • Work on production issue resolutions with development leads to ensure scalability and performance. • Provide mentor support and guidance to the team, ensuring they are up to date. • Perform testing operations and validate functionality in pre and post-production environments. Requirements • Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or related field. • 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Data/Technical Architect, or in a related position performing PEGA PRPC. • 6 years with object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, and web servers. • 5 years using Toad, Cassandra, Oracle, Json objects, XML, Postman, and SoapUI. • 5 years with Kibana, Jira, and Kafka. • 5 years performing software architecture design and SOA services implementation. • Certified Pega Senior System Architect and Certified Pega System Architect.
