Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms
- Build trust by understanding each client's unique needs
- Present available benefit options in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
- Answer client questions and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and digital business tools
- Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and weekly team meetings
- Work toward individual performance goals while receiving continuous mentorship
- Develop valuable communication, customer service, and professional sales skills
