Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WorkGenius Group is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Associate to support their recruiting team. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, research, and candidate engagement to ensure a steady pool of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates across categories including:
- Digital/Marketing
- Creative/Design
- Project Management/Operations
- Administrative/Executive Support
- Other roles as needed, including Finance, Tech, Logistics, etc
- Build and maintain organized talent pools and category-specific pipelines
- Screen resumes for qualifications and role alignment
- Manage outreach campaigns and track response rates, status updates, and pipeline health
- Maintain accurate candidate data and notes within our ATS or tracking tools
- Partner closely with job managers and hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or sourcing—ideally within digital, marketing, or creative
- Strong understanding of creative, digital, and marketing roles
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple pipelines
- Someone proactive, resourceful, and curious about where talent comes from
- A collaborator who can support a fast-moving team with accuracy and efficiency
- A strong communicator who can represent our brand professionally to candidates
