The role involves defining visual identity, leading multimedia content development, and ensuring quality control while collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining a cohesive visual identity and style guides tailored to various industries and audiences
- Leading the development of multimedia content such as video, animation, and interactive modules, managing end-to-end production workflows
- Applying AI-generated media tools to improve efficiency and quality
- Enforcing rigorous quality control and conducting QA reviews for all content before launch
- Collaborating with stakeholders, translating high-level goals into creative briefs, and using learner data to refine content
- Serving as a hands-on creative force, directing external vendors, and ensuring brand alignment with marketing
Skills
- 8+ years in creative direction, content production, or related fields, with a portfolio in digital media or eLearning
- Expertise in motion graphics, video, interactive design, and instructional media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with eLearning tools, and experience with AI media platforms
- Strong leadership in managing creative teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Experience developing style guides across industries and audiences
