They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and execution in the US market, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Teamfluencer’s marketing strategy for the United States
- Lead brand awareness, content marketing, demand generation, and growth campaigns
- Create and manage marketing plans across LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships, PR, and digital channels
- Own messaging and positioning for the US market
- Work closely with sales to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth
- Develop case studies, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, and sales enablement materials
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Identify market trends, competitor movements, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams
Skills
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, B2B marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience building and executing marketing strategies in the US market
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, martech, influencer marketing, or the creator economy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking marketing KPIs
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or social media technology
- Experience with US market entry or international expansion
- Existing network in marketing, brands, agencies, or creator economy communities
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms
