Responsibilities
- Shape the future of AI through general operations expertise
- Optimize processes, coordinate cross-functionally, plan logistics, monitor performance, allocate resources, make data-driven decisions, and ensure compliance
- Challenge advanced language models on topics like inventory systems, vendor management, SOP development, cost-control strategies, internal reporting standards, process mapping, and operational scalability
- Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
- Converse with the model on real-world operational scenarios and theoretical questions in business operations
- Verify logical accuracy and process alignment
- Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience in project coordination, systems implementation, or operations analytics
- Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'
