They are seeking an exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assign emails
- Process invoices from suppliers
- Deliver customer invoices
- Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions
- Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites
- Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors
- Provide verbal and email quotes to customers
- Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability
- Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments
- Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors
- Keep track of past-due invoices
Skills
- E-commerce/Support & Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proactive work ethic and communication
- High-level organizational skills
- Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with eCommerce software
- Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
- Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
- A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
