HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue, and they are seeking high-performing Account Executives to drive net-new revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. The role involves owning the full sales cycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to build repeatable sales motions and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Lead high-impact discovery, value-selling, and multi-threaded deal cycles with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders
- Drive technical conversations around product integrations and deliver compelling demos
- Partner with founders and GTM leaders to iterate on messaging and scale a repeatable sales motion
- Maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline with strong close rates and forecast accuracy
- Contribute to the processes, culture, and foundation of a world-class sales org
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in Series A–C startups
- Proven ability to consistently close $80K–$300K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC)
- Technically curious and confident in AI/ML and integration conversations
- Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out
