Compensation: $1500 USD per month OTE, guaranteed for the first 2 months After 60 days, $1000 base + commissions on qualified booked calls that show + closed calls generated from your bookings Location: Fully remote Schedule: 9PM - 5AM Manila time Employment Type: Full-time Pay Frequency: Weekly   Job Overview We're a recruiting and outsourcing company that places Filipino virtual assistants with US businesses. We started less than a year ago and every client so far has come through referrals and affiliates. Now we're building an outbound system from scratch, and you'd be the first person to own it. This isn't a role where you're handed a script and told to read it. You'll start with a target list and a rough opening line, then the calls you make each day shape what we say and who we say it to. Every week you'll sit down with the founder and go over what's working and what isn't, and your read on it becomes the pitch the rest of the team uses. If you want to build the pitch instead of just reciting one, this is for you.   Responsibilities  Make at least 100 outbound calls per day using our power dialer Handle objections in real time and adjust your approach as you learn what resonates Log every call outcome in Close CRM using our disposition tiers (No Contact / Pickup / Conversation) Book qualified discovery calls for the founder Meet regularly with the founder to review the data and adjust the talk track and target list Test different ICPs to find which industries have the strongest demand for our services Build a script from scratch Requirements Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling experience, ideally with US or UK clients Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent Comfortable with high volume rejection Willing to work 9PM - 5AM Manila time Fast, reliable internet with a backup connection A quiet, dedicated space to take calls   Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in a similar recruiting or outsourcing company Previous experience building and testing scripts in new markets
