About the position Responsibilities • Manage the Verizon Mobile Device Management (VZ MDM) portfolio, collaborating with customers, Sales, and partner vendors. • Analyze trends, prioritize the product roadmap, and justify capital requirements. • Monitor success post-launch and address issues as needed. • Define the vision and business strategy for new products, identifying and tracking KPIs. • Communicate technical requirements and ensure alignment with business decisions. • Conduct market research and competitor gap analysis to identify new offerings. • Work closely with product marketers and engineers to define product vision and strategy. • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on product positioning and commercialization plans. • Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and achieve rapid feedback cycles. • Synthesize perspectives across stakeholders to make quick decisions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Six or more years of relevant work experience. • Six or more years of Product Management experience. • Experience in marketing or deployment for Wireless Communications. • Vendor management experience. • Experience with consumer insights, market trend analysis, and analytics. • Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making. • Experience in product portfolio management and understanding product P&L. • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Nice-to-haves • Master's Degree or MBA. • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Excellent communications and prioritization skills, and strong business acumen. • Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. • Experience working in a dynamic environment with diverse perspectives. • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a professional presence. • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
