The Opportunity: CRO Lead
As a CRO Lead at Fella & Delilah, you'll play a critical role in shaping the vision and execution of our CRO work to improve on-site conversion. You'll work closely with our Growth PM, Head of Growth, Engineering, and design team to identify opportunities for growth, design and implement optimization tests, and analyze results to inform future decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Core Conversions: Audit site analytics to identify areas for improvement and establish an optimization roadmap.
- Test and Analyze: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve page layouts, copy, calls to action, and more.
- Refine Analytics and Reporting: Enhance tracking to address data gaps and build testing pipelines, dashboards, and reports to inform the team.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to implement winning variants and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Testing Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing optimization tests that drive conversion rate improvements.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to build A/B and redirect tests directly via web platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of statistics and analytics.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving: Unique ability to identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities that others may overlook.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven history of working collaboratively with various teams to drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full Funnel Perspective: Experience optimizing across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention phases.
- Persuasive Communication: Ability to convey complex data analyses through compelling reporting and presentations.
- Scrappiness and Adaptability: Thrives under ambiguity, with a skillset to distill signals from noise and pivot smoothly amidst uncertainty.
- Leadership: Eager to manage an in-house or agency optimization team, with natural mentoring abilities.
