Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $122,200/year in our highest geographic market. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across our organization. Code - 10037Key job responsibilities-This shift will be a dayshift, 8:00am - 4:00PM, M-F. Shift assignments or hours are subject to change based on business need.- Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues. - Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers- Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls- Participate in hiring, training and development of others- Provide technical support for Amazon Leo Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software- Provide remote support for Amazon Leo employees and infrastructure worldwide- Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades- Assist with project implementations and technology deployments- Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards.- Participate in on-call responsibilities. - up to 25% Travel RequirementsSecurity Clearance:This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. A day in the lifeYou start the day by reviewing critical incidents that need to be prioritized. After addressing immediate concerns, you will join the daily team stand up and work on projects and tickets critical to production and take part with a rotating on-call.In this role, you will build relationships with production teams, mentor, and ensure stability and standardization.
