IT Project Coordinator (W2 Position)Location: RemoteDuration: 6+ MonthsJob Description :• Need 10+ Years exp as IT Project Coordinator• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project workbooks and VM sizing specifications, to support customer cloud environments. • Guide customers through prerequisites (authentication, security, cloud specifications, and contract validation) and manage smooth handoff to Project Managers. • Support customer migrations from on-premises to cloud (including FEDRAMP), ensuring compliance, minimal disruption, and clear communication.• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, aligning requirements and expectations. • Implement PMO workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of customer engagements. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to new employees and contribute to long-term organizational process improvements.
