As we launch a new private real estate fund, we are seeking a professional, investor-facing Investor Relations Manager to help build and support our capital formation platform. Position OverviewThis is a high-impact, relationship-driven Investor Relations role responsible for managing accredited investor relationships, overseeing investor communication, and supporting the firm’s fundraising and investor onboarding processes.This is not a cold-calling sales job. This is not a commission-based role. This is a professional Investor Relations position requiring maturity, financial literacy, and experience engaging directly with high-net-worth investors. You will serve as a primary point of contact for investors, ensuring an exceptional and compliant experience from initial introduction through ongoing communication and reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Communication and Relationship Management• Conduct introductory, educational, and follow-up calls with accredited investors• Explain fund strategy, business plan, return structure, and investment thesis clearly and accurately• Build trust-based relationships with high-net-worth and accredited investors• Guide investors through accreditation, subscription documentation, and onboarding• Respond to investor questions with professionalism, clarity, and timely follow-upCRM and Capital Pipeline Oversight• Manage the complete investor lifecycle through the CRM (HubSpot or similar)• Track inquiries, soft commitments, onboarding status, and communication• Maintain clean and accurate pipeline dashboards with weekly Investor Relations KPIs• Ensure disciplined follow-up touchpoints and communication workflowsInvestor Reporting, Content, and Events• Assist in preparing monthly newsletters, quarterly updates, and investor reporting packages• Support investor webinars, presentations, and virtual meetings• Help develop educational content such as FAQs, slide decks, and market updates• Represent Southcorp Group at select conferences and investor eventsCompliance, Documentation, and Process Management• Ensure communication and workflows remain compliant with SEC Regulation D Rule 506(c)• Coordinate Private Placement Memorandum delivery and subscription documentation• Maintain organized, compliant investor records• Support fund administration processes such as capital calls and investor onboardingRequired Qualifications• 3 to 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following:• Investor Relations• Private equity• Real estate private equity• Capital raising• Wealth management with high-net-worth clients• Private placements or alternative investments• Demonstrated experience communicating with accredited investors• Strong financial literacy (including cash flows, IRR analysis, NOI, cap rates, and equity waterfalls)• High level of professionalism and maturity in investor-facing communication• Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications• Experience supporting or raising capital for private real estate funds• Familiarity with Regulation D offerings, including Rule 506(b) and Rule 506(c)• Background in commercial or multifamily real estate investments• Ability to create investor-facing materials and presentations• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentCompensationBaseSalary: $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experienceAnnual Performance Bonus: $20,000 to $30,000(Based on KPIs such as CRM accuracy, communication timeliness, and investor relationship management.Not tied to capital raised, in accordance with SEC rules.)Long-Term Incentives: Potential co-investment opportunities or future carried-interest participationBenefits: Not currently offered; benefits program under developmentLocationFully remote rolePreference for candidates located in the Southeastern United StatesWho Thrives HereThis role is ideal for someone who:• Enjoys speaking with and serving investors• Is organized, disciplined, and highly proactive• Works well independently and takes ownership• Values integrity, stewardship, and professionalism• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment• Understands that Investor Relations is built on service and long-term relationship building rolePay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:• Paid time offApplication Question(s):• Do you have at least 3 years of investor relations / private equity / capital raising experience?• Are you comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment?
