Inside Account Specialist - Reactivations
About the positionResponsibilities• Manage customer interactions using CRM software, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records. • Collaborate with internal partners such as Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations, and Customer Service Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth. • UseProfessional Selling Skills to identify customer needs and develop value-added proposals and pricing strategies. • Oversee pricing negotiations and make on-the-spot pricing decisions to ensure a seamless customer experience.• Manage the sales funnel to close opportunities and achieve reactivation goals. • Participate in ongoing training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management capabilities. • Use phone, video, and digital correspondence to engage customers, focusing on retention and sales growth. • Provide regular progress updates on weekly and monthly reactivation targets and KPIs as defined by sales leadership. • Consistently achieve activity goals and daily metrics, including outbound calls, sell time, and live contacts.• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements• 1+ year account management or related experience• Previous experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • High school diploma / GEDNice-to-haves• Bachelor's degree• Industry knowledge a plus. • Experience with business-to-business sales process.
