Acting as a liaison between the customer and service providers like designers, contractors and IKEA sales co-workers. You'll ensure a brilliantly executed kitchen remodeling experience. • Reviewing all kitchen installation services to ensure that the Kitchen & Bath Service standards are met or exceeded.• Acting as the central point of communication between service providers and customers for all installation issues, deviations and resolutions. • Coaching co-workers to boost sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. • Providing performance feedback on external service providers and IKEA sales department to continually improve the customer experience.
